Our wellbeing modalities are gentle, trauma-informed, person-centred and accessible practices. They’re designed to help you feel supported, connected, and settled in your body and mind. You don’t need any experience or preparation — just come as you are and explore what feels right for you.

Connection & Support

Connecting With a Peer Ally

A gentle, one-on-one space with another peer who has lived similar experience and understands. A Peer Ally walks beside you, offering presence, mutual understanding, companionship while you make sense of what’s going on.

Trauma-Informed Counselling

Person-centred counselling grounded in lived experience. A safe space to share. You choose what feels safe to talk about, and you’re met with compassion, deep listening, authenticity and care.

Advocacy & System Navigation

Support for people who feel lost in services, systems, or next steps. Someone to walk beside you, help you make sense of things, and advocate when it feels too hard to do alone.

Peer-Led Drop-Ins

Regular community drop-ins in local spaces. A place to land when things feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. No appointments, no criteria, no judgement, just connection and support from people who understand and help you to feel seen and heard.

Community & Belonging

Grief Support Workshops

Gentle, safe, facilitated spaces for people navigating loss. You don’t need to know what to say or how to show up, just come as you are and be met with mutual understanding, connection, compassion, and care.

Community Connection Events

Open gatherings for anyone who needs a cuppa, grounding, or a sense of belonging. Shared connection, and a space where you can talk, sit quietly, or simply be around others without pressure.
